WORK STRESS.....................

WHAT ARE THE MAIN CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF WORK-RELATED STRESS DISORDER?

What is stress?

According to wikipedia.  Stress (from Latin stringere 'to tighten' through its English derivative stress 'material fatigue') is a physiological reaction of the organism in which various defense mechanisms come into play to cope with a situation that is perceived as threatening or of increased demand, it is a body's way of reacting to a challenge.
In humans, stress usually describes a negative condition or conversely a positive condition, which can have a mental, physical and even well-being or discomfort effect on a human being.

Overwork stress is often caused by the obsessive urge to have everything under control in our work area, resulting in a tired mind and lack of energy.
Many people today face this disorder because, under these symptoms, they cannot delegate functions to their other coworkers, thus covering more than their body can handle.

One of the most common causes of this type of stress is that the individual feels pressured with the work environment which requires him to have a great capacity to adapt and respond quickly to the problems that arise in his area or work environment, also the emotional and spiritual part plays a very important role in this disorder.

How can we prevent or solve this disorder so that it does not end up causing us to be fired or simply driving us crazy?

  • DISTRACTION:
One of the best therapies to de-stress from work is distraction, looking for something in our home where we can decorate, arrange or simply read that book we like so much.

  • GO OUT TO CLEAR YOUR MIND:
It is highly recommended to get out of our comfort zone and take a walk on the beach, in the countryside or why not stay a while looking at the sea and breathe fresh air so that our mind dissipates a little and we forget about that hard day's work.

  • EXERCISE:
Exercise not only helps us to feel good physically, but it also helps us to feel great mentally. Just 10 minutes of exercise after our workday will leave our body and mind feeling refreshed.

  • SOCIAL LIFE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS:
There are many people who like to be alone but if you have this stress disorder it is highly recommended that you make a lot of social life both with your family and making new friends in your environment.

I hope these ideas will help you if you suffer from this disorder or simply want to prevent it.
