HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND TONE UP THAT ANNOYING FAT THAT ACCUMULATES ON THE ARMS WITHOUT LEAVING HOME?

You can do one session of each exercise with 20 repetitions each to strengthen the muscles of your arms, precisely triceps and shoulders, and in this way you will also help to keep your back firmer. You will need a set of weights (3 to 15 pounds, depending on your level).



Exercises with rubber bands or elastic bands are ideal for toning your arms because the bands apply resistance to the exercises that are done regularly, but without having to carry weight or strain your joints. Repetitions should be increased daily.










We only need a chair of medium height to perform this simple but incredible exercise, this consists of a movement moving the arm up and down holding the weight with the hand. The elbow should be arched but firm and stable.
The sessions and repetitions have to be increasing during each day.
