Delicious La Viña KETO Cheesecake
1 kilo gram of cream cheese
5 eggs
500 ml / 16 ounces liquid cream
2 cup zero monk sugar or erythritol
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch of salt
In a blender or mixer add all the ingredients and beat until everything is well blended.
Line a 18 centimeter springform pan with waxed paper previously moistened and crumpled, add the mixture and bake at 200 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until it is golden brown on top but moves a little, it will look very grown but when it cools for 6 hours it will go down, it is normal.
