CLEANSE OR DETOXIFY OUR ORGANISM...............................


HOW TO CLEANSE OR DETOXIFY OUR BODY BEFORE STARTING A DIET?

Detoxifying our body is the way we have to free it from all those junk foods that we have consumed during that season before starting our change of eating habits. This method is very effective if we start it before we start exercising because it frees us from the heaviness that our body feels, forcing our body to get tired faster.

The most advisable is to start the day before the diet or exercises with a natural laxative for our stomach to get rid of all traces of food and swelling caused by overeating.



HOW TO PREPARE A NATURAL LAXATIVE?



INGREDIENTS:


  • 150 grams or one cup of dates
  • 150 grams or one cup of prunes.
  • 5 cups of water.

PREPARATION:



  • Cut the dates and plums into small pieces.
  • Pour the water into a pot and add the plums and dates.
  • Put the pot on the heat and let it cook until the mixture looks a little pasty or thick.
  • Let it cool and drink several glasses of this mixture the day before starting the diet, until you can go several times to the bathroom without any problem.
  • After having taken this laxative during the previous day we will begin the total detoxification of the organism. We start as usual in the morning.



GREEN JUICES TO DETOXIFY THE ORGANISM:

                   INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 peeled slices of fresh pineapple .
  • 1/2 cucumber.
  • 1 celery stick.
  • 1/2 green apple.
  • 150 ml of aloe juice concentrate.
  • 150 ml mineral water
  • .

                         PREPARATION:

  • Wash and cut the pineapple, cucumber, apple and celery into small pieces.
  • Then pour in the blender the mineral water and the aloe with all the ingredients in pieces.
  • Blend until there are no pieces left.

Remember to take upon waking up and before breakfast, you can not keep in the fridge, just prepare the one you are going to take that day. You can also combine them or substitute them with other ingredients such as lemon, orange, kiwi, broccoli, among others.

Now we are ready to start the adventure of learning to eat healthy and take care of our body.
