Waking up, getting out of bed and why not just the thought of having to stand up is often very very very stressful.

You don't have to stress anymore, today I have brought you that long awaited solution.

With these simple steps you are going to wake up with that mood you need so much.

Are you ready, let's get started:


  • As soon as the alarm on your watch or cell phone goes off, don't turn it off. Sometimes turning it off is one of our biggest mistakes because we easily fall back to sleep.
  • Your alarm clock alarm must have a soothing sound as it is the first sound you will hear when you wake up.




  • When you wake up, don't stress yourself out thinking about how much work you're going to have for the day; relax and just think about how much fun your day can be even if you're at work.
  • Positive thoughts are one of the best therapies when it comes to waking up.



  • Who said that to exercise in the mornings you had to be out of bed?




  • The bath is one of the most energizing therapies when waking up, something very important is not to bathe with the water neither too cold nor too hot, that is, at room temperature.





And finally the most important.....

  • A well-balanced, high-fiber breakfast will make your day the best it can be.
