Foods you should definitely include in your daily meals.


Did you know that you can keep your body detoxified (detox) daily without having to take an obsessive and strict diets, you just have to include in your daily meals several of these rich and healthy foods.

I present several food groups that will help you stay healthy because they have several very positive effects on your health, some will help you keep your blood pressure at bay, help you lose weight, among others. 
You can also include them in your children's meals, helping the whole family to improve their diet.


Vegetables and greens:

Watercress, Lettuce, Rucula, Broccoli, Chard, Spinach, envy, brussels sprouts, avocado, chili, cucumber, celery, tomato, among others.
