ELIMINATES TUMMY ROLLS..............

How to naturally lower those annoying tummy rolls?


There are many people who tend to put on weight in the waist area more than anywhere else on the body, making this accumulation of fat a little annoying for our body and sometimes for our self-esteem.

Thinking of a way to solve this problem I have decided to share this recipe to definitively solve this discomfort in our body.

The first thing that all nutritionists always recommend is to drink a lot of water, so I have decided to start with a recipe to burn fat, detoxify and finally de-inflate the stomach.



Ingredients:

1 lemon or lime. 

½ cucumber.  

½ ginger. 

1 sprig of fresh mint.

1 glass of water (200 ml).


Preparation


The first thing is to wash well the lemon, cucumber, ginger and mint leaves. Slice each of the ingredients with their peel and pour them into the container you are using, then add the water and the mint leaves. 



It is very important to let the mixture stand overnight if you prefer in the refrigerator and consume it during the day. You can add cinnamon and honey optional and to taste.

Remember:
  • This drink must be prepared daily, i.e. the mixture must be consumed fresh, it cannot be used for several days.

  • It should be taken in substitution of normal water.

  • The results will begin to be seen after 2 or 3 days of consuming the mixture gradually.
